Stay hydrated, and avoid undertaking strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours after the fillers are injected. Try to sleep with your head in an elevated position and aim to eat foods which are low in sodium, as this may increase the swelling.
Also, try to avoid excessive exposure to UV light and at all costs, avoid sun beds, saunas and steam rooms!
